oops, here's the recipe

Sorry, I forgot to post the recipe. (see post below) Here it is. This recipe is for a bosch mixer, but would probably work with any other mixer. I buy the dough enhancer and gluten at the Prepardeness store here in Idaho Falls. It's fairly cheap, like $7 for a big container that would probably last a year. Enjoy!
