I thought I'd share one of my favorite cookie recipes. If you like Peanut Butter and Rolos, you'll love this recipe. It's a favorite at our house and the kids love to help make them.Peanut Butter Caramel Cookies
1 cup Butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup packed brown suger
1 cup white sugar
Beat until smooth
Add two eggs and 2 tsp vanilla
Mix and add
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Mix
Cover roll-0 into a ball. Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes
Topping
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp cocoa
2 Tbsp milk
