Thank you to the Bransons for inviting us to go riding otherwise it would have been another year without picking huckleberries. We rode in to an awesome spot and found huckleberries galore! The kids were in heaven. So what did I do with all the huckleberries?
Huckleberry Muffins, to die for and
my favorite, huckleberry pancakes and syrup. Yum!
And I still have a couple more cups to make a Huckleberry Cream Cheese Pie.

Last night we got about 6 huckleberries! Where is your huckleyberry spot?!! Those muffins look divine, and I would love a piece of the cheesecake!

HA! Now i KNOW we are soul-mate-friends!!! Everytime i hear the word "huckleberry" i hear Val Kilmer saying "I'll be your huckleberry" in my head.
