While trying to stay warm inside and not even approach the coldness outside, I decided that I would sit down with a book that one of my friend loaned me. I started the book on Monday and finished Tuesday Night. It was a really good book that I could not put down. I am so not a reader and never have been, but while reading everyones blogs, it seems everyone is a reader. I'm also trying to expand my intellegence (which is hardly any). Brad laughed when I told him that. I'm not really sure if I liked the book so much because it's been the only thing I've read and I just don't know what's good out there. This book is about a young woman who is only 17 and one day she's told a secret that's been kept from her since birth. Lots of secrets come about throughout the book and of course there's romance in it. It will truly make you realize how much you love your husband.
In the midst of all this, I've decided that I actually like to read. So does anyone have any good books to suggest to me? How's a girl to choose with all the trillions of books out there? There are so many!

Have you read the Twilight series? Those books are awesome! So I'm a total football fan! I'm so excited for the Super Bowl. I have kept in touch with Debbie. We talk every so often. She is re-married to a trucker and last I heard she is taking truck driving lessons herself! She's still a crazy, sweet lady!!
I was just going to mention the Twilight series to you as well. It's fabulous! I happened upon your blog btw, and I check it regularly... Right now I'm reading the Children of the Promise series by Dean Hughes. It's set in the WWII era and focuses on a LDS family in Salt Lake and another in Germany. It's soo great. Happy reading!
I am reading The Wednesday Letters right now. It is really good.
On my blog I have a link to my friend Holly's book blog. She is a voracious reader and has TONS of reviews on all sorts of books. Check it out.
I loved the Children of the Promise series as well, but they are pretty addictive so wait until a long weekend! I just read My Sister's Keeper, and there was a little bit of bad language but it was an excellent book. I have all the Twilight series if you want to borrow them (you'll want to get them all at once, since they, too, are the kind you have to read like a crazy person!). I love to read, there just never seems to be time. But, I am so much happier when I MAKE the time to read! :) You're wonderful!
I was going to mention the Twilight series because they are the only books I've read since I've had kids and I LOVED them. I decided I need to make more time to read too! The Children of the Promise books are good too - I read those a few years ago and loved them too. Happy reading!
