YUM-O
I love the days when I get to make home made bread. Not only do I love to make it, but I love the smell it leaves in my house. I can do NOTHING all day, but I get a batch of bread made, I feel like I've accomplished so much. We had all this ham left over from Easter so I decided my family needed ham and potato soup with some home made bread. This soup was AWESOME! You definately need to try it. I found this bread recipe on Allrecipes a couple years ago. It's the only bread I'll ever make and it has a great taste. This is a great food storage recipe because it calls for no egg! Can you beleive it? Dried eggs are SO expensive and I'm not ready to have a chicken farm yet so I try to find recipes that call for no egg.

Ummm. . .we had chicken nuggets and "make your own Lunchables" for dinner last night. Will you adopt me? :) When I was in school last year (and crazy) I discovered frozen bread dough. Not as good as homemade, but you still get the warm fuzzies of giving your kids warm bread and the house smells great! You rock my friend! :)
I'm with Kjerstin... will you adopt me so I can eat yummy bread. I've had the darndest time getting mine to turn out. But someday I'll get the hang of it. The soup looks delicious too. Thanks for sharing the recipes.
